How BAD Globe Broadband really is
I really don't know where to start but I will just write spontaneously as it pops in my head
Since day one, Globe Broadband or should I say BROKE BAND has really proven how BAD their service really is. A few calls back, the agent told me that I was disconnected from their network at least 20 times (within the day) already! My count was only 5 because I used the PC later in the afternoon already. I warranted a new router because a co-worker advised me to request for a new one. Their PROLINK router according to the agent I spoke to told me that the router itself is a problem. HELLO??!?!?! If this was a known issue, why is it still being used? Darn it! I really wanted to curse Globe every time I called CS. But hey, I was an agent before; I know what it feels to get shout at. Agents get the fury of the customers because the “MANAGEMENT” didn’t do its job properly! I have a conspiracy. THEY CORRUPTED the budget and so they purchased CHEAP routers and told themselves. Hey we got agents to shield us. I HAVE A SUGGESTION FOR THE UPPER MANAGEMENT!! WHY DON’T THEY ANSWER OUR CALLS HUH?
I WILL JUST START USING CAPS I AM REALLY MAD! I AM WRITING USING NOTEPAD BECAUSE I MIGHT GET DISCONNECTED AND REPEAT THIS WRITING ALL OVER AGAIN.
TO THOSE PLANNING TO GET GLOBE INSTALLED HERE’S MY ADVICE…
DON’T DO IT!!! IF YOU’RE A TYPE OF PERSON WHO HAS A HEART PROBLEM, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR JUST FAINT OF HEART, DON’T GET IT BECAUSE YOUR CONDITION WILL BE WORSE BECAUSE OF THE PAIN AND SUFFERING YOU WILL BE GETTING FROM THIS SERVICE. WHY DON’T THEY JUST ADMIT THAT THEIR SERVICE IS BAD IN MY AREA AND PULL OUT MY DSL. LUCKY WE HAVE 2 ISP’S I HAVE
